- 2 slices wholegrain bread (you can chose gluten-free bread)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Toast the bread and smash the avocado on each piece of toast.
- Top the toasts with pumpkin seeds.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
