I’m passionate about human potential. I firmly believe that we are capable of achieving anything we want. But I don’t believe that working non-stop or following all-size-fits-all formulas are the way to go, just to give you a few examples:
- 98% of dieters return to their original weight after one year
- 80% of people who join the gym in January stop going by May of the same year
- Only 8% of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions
My ten years of personal + professional experience has shown me time and again that there is a better approach: Doing the inner work.
Inner work is the process of working from the inside out. It’s about reconnecting with ourselves, getting to know who we really are, and learning to love and accept us for exactly that. This process aligns us with everything we want in life, so there’s no need to force anything, to work non-stop, to pursue goals, now everything flows naturally: We find loving and supporting relationships, better opportunities to work in a meaningful and purposeful job, we create healthier habits and a more balanced life.
These are the fundamentals on which I base my work. It is a process that takes time because it does not stay on the surface, it goes deeper. It involves a holistic vision of the human being: Mind, Body and Soul. This way, you get real results, sustainable over time.
There are different ways you can work with me, it all depends on what your main goals are, which learning method best suits your personality and where you are in your process.
Through my Coaching one-on-one, I support and guide you step by step so that you can achieve your goals in an organic and sustainable way. Together we co-create a personalized program based on your unique needs, your lifestyle and your preferences, so that you can install changes that help you achieve your goals with real and lasting results.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, find clarity about your life purpose, improve your relationships, or simply install healthier habits in your life, this individual practice can help. It consists of 12 individual sessions of 45 minutes each. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly for the period of time that best suits your unique needs, either 3 or 6 months.
In my Membership Program you will find tools and resources that I also offer in my Individual Coaching practice, but that you can study at your own pace, while being part of a community of like-minded people in their journey of doing the inner work.
Every month there will be different lessons along with practical exercises based on specific topics to help the community members make progress over time. The Membership Program includes one monthly group session with me via Zoom, where we can clarify the doubts and comments of the respective month. For members who cannot attend the live session, the recording will be shared on the exclusive Facebook group so they can watch it whenever they want.
