My Health Coaching Programs are based on a holistic approach to health and wellness. There are four key areas in our life – relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality – that have a profound impact on our health and happiness, I focus on each one of them and work together with my clients so they can can achieve their health goals. For instance, sometimes they have the best intention to eat healthy and go to the gym but stress at work or in their relationships may be causing them to overeat; or lack of sleep and low energy may be preventing them from exercising.
My job and my passion as Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is to support and guide my clients to reach their goals in an organic and sustainable way. No fad diets or intense training programs. Health Coaching is about co-creating with my clients personalised programs based on their unique needs, body, lifestyle and preferences, installing lifestyle changes that produce real and long-lasting results.
The 4 Pillars of my Health Coaching Programs
Health Coaching Programs
This is my most intense program, aimed at individuals who want to achieve their goals in a short time in a sustainable way. No fast-tracks and no hacks. This is an intensive program that respects the minimum time recommended by scientific studies so that an individual can establish changes in their lifestyle that are real and sustainable over time. It consists of 12 one-on-one sessions of 45 minutes each. The sessions are once a week for a period of 3 months.
This is my star program. It is aimed at individuals who want to achieve their goals within the ideal time recommended for an individual to establish and set new habits in their lifestyle that are real and lasting. According to scientific studies, the ideal time to establish and fix new habits is 6 months. My Signature Program consists of 12 one-on-one sessions of 45 minutes each. The sessions are once every two weeks for a period of 6 months.
This is an intensive program specific to individuals who already live a more or less healthy lifestyle and want to take it to the next level. Either they have specific concerns about the already existing healthy habits, or want to achieve new goals by installing new habits while also strengthening the existing ones. Uplevel Program consists of 8 one-on-one sessions of 45 minutes each. The sessions are once a week for a period of 2 months.
This is an intensive program specifically designed for individuals who already live a healthy lifestyle but for extraordinary reasons they have gone through a period of messily and unhealthy eating – due to holidays, business trips, etc.- and want to reset their body so they can resume their healthy lifestyle afterwards. It consists of 4 one-on-one sessions of 45 minutes each. The sessions are once a week for a period of 1 month.
